| Name: | The Rambling Thoughts of Timbo |
|---|---|
| Location: | Orlando, Florida, United States |
I was born at 8:49 pm in upstate New York in 1963. I have a fraternal twin brother. I also have a younger sister, who was born in 1966.
I started my school life in a Catholic school called St. Michaels in Cohoes, NY. I went there through the second grade. Then we moved to a suburb called Clifton Park. There, I went to the Shenendehowa Central School system until I graduated in 1981. Afterwards, I earned an Associates in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Accounting from Hudson Valley Community College (H.V.C.C.). I then earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) College at Plattsburgh. Finally, I have earned twenty-six credits towards a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix-Cleveland Campus.
After a couple of brief stints as a Bank Teller and a Customer Service Representative in the state of Maryland, I started my professional career a civil service Accountant for the Department of Navy at Point Mugu, California. My career has since taken me to Cleveland, Ohio and now Orlando, Florida. I have been at it for nineteen years now.
Some other things you should know about me:
I am an easy going, kind-hearted guy who tends to gravitate toward fairly simple activities but I also enjoy trying new things. I still enjoy going to a nightclub and listening to a local rock band or a dj playing a good mix once in a while (sometimes, you might even get me out on the dance floor), but in reality, I tired of the bar scene long ago. I tend to enjoy family oriented activities such as county fairs and heritage festivals (i.e. Renaissance Fairs, Irish or Polish Festivals, Oktoberfest, etc.). A couple of things I haven't done but would like to try would be skiing and parasailing. I also enjoy going to hockey or baseball games when I can get the tickets. In addition, I often enjoy going to the movies or renting a video. I tend to be more partial to dramas that tell a story, but dont mind a good action movie or thriller once in a while. I am as comfortable going out for a night out on the town as I am staying in and ordering pizza for the evening.
